Maybe 125 even.I am pondering if there might be a good opportunity get into this house with some creative but not complicated financing where I DON'T have to put 20% down and be advantageous to both myself and him.On the surface, I figure he prob owes about 98K on the house. 

But they informed me that it was for the above ground pool they put in for their girls to mud wrestle.

the girl takes great care, babies this pit bull--- my friend has EXTENSIVE experience with animals, has horses, dogs, cats... and her friend's pit bull when rough housing with my friend, bit her face, took a whole chunk of her cheek off.. literately-- she had to get like 90 stitches, $40K in surgery and is suing her friend now, and the landlord.. 

I am pondering an idea of buying land/lot(s) that used to have structures on it.
