Hi @Nelson CarboYou could type them, I would reccomend creating your own font to do them or handwrite the letter (without property address and name) and make copies of all your letters (saves time).

They use hand-writing fonts with actual ball point pens, make intentional mistakes to make it look human-written, there's a noticeable pen impression on the paper, ...I have some background in mass marketing and 1.6% for an untargeted campaign is about the usual expected response.

With think two units vacant quickly and having to spend money and time renovating both can be a disaster if you don't have the proper reserves...holding costs, upfront  costs, and risks such as 1 out of the 2 being a bad tenant. lol it seems like my font increased in size....I don't know how to change it back from a mobile

It is a Yellow Letter that is printed in a hand written font and each letter is personalized.  

Letter is printed on yellow canary paper without lines and uses my handwriting font that I created from myscriptfont.com.
