I have my RE license and have access to the MLS. How many offers should I be putting to successfully close on a deal or two a month when wholesaling? I plan to drive for dollars, direct mail and etc etc. but I plan on doing the MLS thing first... I thank you in advance for all your responses. Tony.

All my letters are written personal. I have my family picture on the letter and tell them we are a family looking for properties in their area. It is not hand written but in normal type. It is the message that they like. The yellow hand written letters don't work any more because everybody is doing it. I went through a foreclosure many years ago and I tell the people that are heading for foreclosure that I'm marketing to I have gone through what they are going through right now and because I'm doing fine now I want to help as many people that find themselves in the same situation my family went through. But I hand write the envelope in a wedding size envelope with a normal stamp.
