Nobody could scratch it with keys it’s impervious to beer bottles thrown at or other retaliation from my section 8 tenants that is my exact thought what a great ghetto work truck.. windows are armored the car cant be dented and all your valuables are locked out of sight along with these cars have their own video security systems anyone coming near it is on camera.. 

If you have cameras, then you must tell tenants the locations.

I can beat the eff out of an intruder of an STR of mine within 180 seconds with my security cameras. 

That is what i am doing right now, the drawback is that it slows you down and you are not as productive while you are filming, moving camera and talking.

After the inspection was complete, the guy tells me, " look I don't feel comfortable writing this report, I'm sorry here's your check back" and he handed me the camera card with all the pics.

Generally a better use of the Memberships funds would be a high quality security camera system that provides evidence quality videos and screenshots; has remote access that offsite management or security remote guard services; or Board Members and Resident Manager can access and review at any time; is easy to review recorded video; and has storage for over two weeks worth of continuous video for all, or most, cameras. 

We have a Nest thermostat to monitor the temp in the house and Nest security cameras on the exterior.

This could give you extra piece of mind.I have a wifi water heater, wifi thermostats, hardwired cameras.

My recommendation here would be to have internet installed in the property for $45 per month, and then set up several cheap WiFI cameras in various or all rooms of the property.
