Looking for a BRRRR in Muscle Shoals area in Noth Alabama

Hi everyone,

My wife is moving to Florence AL in March 2023 because of her job promotion, we are currently living in Huntsville AL. Because of the distance between Florence and Huntsville we are looking to buy single family home or maybe a duplex which we can remodel during the time she is working in Florence and later down the road renting it out. We are currently working with a agent to find a property who needs rehab, however most of the homes which come our way are already remodeled or worked on, and the MLS is also not very helpful for what we are looking for.

Does anyone have a contact in Muscle Shoals area who could help us finding what we are looking for?
