Hello All,My name is Brett and I am finally taking the plunge to introduce myself (okay, maybe dipping my toe in would be a better analogy) to the community.

Finally, I am doing it, taking the plunge and making my first purchase this week.Thanks largely in part to Bigger Pockets.  

@Jermaine PerryEven if you don't "Take the plunge" now and invest in REI, you should be "sharpening the saw."

whats the best way to get started wholesaling I've look into it and I'm ready to  take the plunge just don't want to do it wrong.

But best advise, take the plung and get your first rental.

Not sure if I'm going to take the plunge into an investment but I'm trying to learn all I can on BP for when that time is right for me.  

I feel we are probably over thinking things a little bit because it is our first venture, but I feel it is time to take the plunge and get our hands dirty and so long as the number work, just start learning on the job so to speak!

After spending 7 years in law enforcement, I took the plunge into real estate investing in late 2010.  

I have always wanted to be involved in real estate and took the plunge 11 years ago when I bought a duplex in Albany, NY at a tax auction.
