Asking the Pros for advice - because I could sure use some!

Hello all,

My wife and I will be finishing up our Chapter 13 August 2017. It's a 5-year plan in FL. We had about $70k in debt from medical bills and it ended up sinking us. Prior to that, we had great credit. Both about 740-760. Now, they are very low 600's.

Our debt will be our home mortgage (still will owe about $165k, worth about $190k) and my student loan debt (about $47k). Total income about $105k w/1 minor child.

Looking to borrow $250-300k for our next home. I'm thinking we won't qualify for a bank or traditional home loan. Are there any private lenders out there that will touch us? If not, any other resources you can recommend?

This is my 1st post here so I apologize if I'm in the wrong forum. But, I thank you for your time!

Many thanks,

Rob
