Equities, Crypto, Gold/metals, and maybe grab a piece of Land if the right opportunity presents itself.

I am in the Southern Maine area if that mattersGoal and costs : So I am looking to purchase land and build a 50x100 metal building for dry storage which will on average produce 10-15K per month profit after expenses.

Any plating of metals or cleaning materials tend to corrode plumbing drains and leak into soil.

I'm due to replace my triplex roof, and I received quotes around $9k for shingles, but it was only $10-$12k for metal; so I'm leaning towards metal for longevity unless you guys tell me otherwise.

I can see someone being threatened by bodily harm or threats of physical violence while standing directly up in your face.  

It is warranted because I suspect most people in the area would gladly spend that for the well if they had location to place well that met all the setback requirements.  

No question that dealing with various bodily fluids needs to be handled properly and thoroughly, but the last time I had a situation such as the OP, one of the guys from the ME office that was removing the deceased, provided me with his phone number.

Maybe instead of a full rebuild, have you thought about just a modernization of it's look.I did a mockup of Hardie board, a porch with a trendy standing seam metal porch roof, new doors and windows, architectural shingles, roof ridge vents, and stone cladding around the foundation.The house looks small and it's only one story, have you thought about teaching yourself to put on the Hardie board and save same money.But there is a lot of extra land, and the neighbors houses do look a lot bigger though.Decisions, decisions.Just my 2 cents.

I bought my first 6 unit building which met all the criteria above, and it got bed bugs the first month I owned it.
