A home is a inanimate object non-emotional it’s like buying a piece of stock my question back to you is do you only own stock in the neighborhood you live in the answers probably know you buy and sell stock based on numbers ,PE ratio’s .dividends when you buy real estate the same should hold true.I have heard great things about Memphis invest and met Chris Clothier and was a great guy that talked about his company and culture.
