What is the best way to market properties with NCND

Our group has tons of HIGH END LUXURY PROPERTIES under contract and not getting many responses to the fact all need NCND before discussion on them.

And who is this we? You and who else? Are you a broker, a family office, a PE shop?

Are these properties in NYC, Vegas, Miami, Beverly Hills, mainly residential or commercial?

If you have had "lots of looks but not a lot of interest" then obviously the NCND isn't the problem since the lookers had to sign it to look. Price is the next logical thing to look at. 

I find it hard to believe you guys have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to get eight-ten figure properties under contract, but can't figure out how to market them. Maybe of you told us how you arrived in this predicament, we could help out some more?
