Newbie from Arvada, Colorado

Hello BiggerPockets community! My name is Brendon Loucks, I'm a newbie from Arvada, Colorado. I don't have much experience in REI but I'm currently in the process of learning as much as I can via BiggerPockets and all of the other great resources made available by the REI community. I have set a goal for myself to do at least one deal within the next year, most likely a fix-and-flip, while maintaining my current full-time job. I am a civil engineer by trade and profession with a strong background in construction and project management. Albeit only a portion of REI, I'm hoping that my background and experience in the construction industry will benefit me in my REI pursuits. Looking forward to what is ahead!
