Would anyone be able to recommend an architect to work with to create cabin floor plans and elevations? 

We've been trying to elevate our neighborhood for the past years, with little results.  

But with an engineering firm in your corner we can evaluate the structure's elevations in relation to the flood level.  60% of the time we find a solution to reduce or even eliminate the flood expense. 

I am leaving the in the elevator talking to Geradine and was explaining that I am losing money every month, but doing major volume.

That is needed to prevent a leak when the elevation changes.  

I'm waiting on the seller to provide a copy of the policy and elevation certificate.  

Today, I find out that the wholesaler's title company hasn't even touched my purchase contract, and we opened title a week ago - no title policy, no survey, no elevation certificate.

(maybe rewiring an elevator)  I think when you see that you can put a new furnace in a place (which is about 3 times as hard as installing a stove) you will not just be saving money you are really making more money.
