We have used VAs for many things just make sure they speak well and sound as not foreign as possible if that makes sense. 

When I stack up some capital I'll invest in automated methods (voice answering service, VAs, etc.) but now I have just me.

You've been working on the systems piece, and it's a great start that you are tech-savvy and using Buildium, VAs, and other tech.As for the people, here's an out-of-the-box recommendation you might like.

I Use hubstaff.Takes screenshots of the VAs screen at random intervals.Then what you can do is hire a third VA who doesn't know the other two VAs, and have that VA look at VA 1 and 2s screenshots for irregularities.

Who are you using for virtual assistants for wholesaling? Where are you grabbing lists from other than ListSource?

@Dan K. lots of great advise here but my 2 cents is be careful what login credentials/information you share with your VAs. 

I use a company, I send them my list and they send me an XL spreadsheet with the phone numbers that I upload into a dialer for my VAs to make cold calls.
