List sources and skiptracing companies- Rebogateway & Searchbug

Hola

I've kickstarted my Los Angeles wholesaling biz with the most affordable marketing strategies available to me thus far.

My current strategy of door knocking, driving for dollars, and cold calling FSBOs isn't generating enough traffic for me to find a deal. Therefore, I am looking to spend some money into my bootstrap business by purchasing a list, skiptrace it, and cold call to find my first deal.

I've been doing heavy research for my list source and skip tracing company and would love some opinions on these companies.

REBOGATEWAY seems like an awesome tool to be able to "layer" lists to find sellers with "layered" motivation.

SEARCHBUG is a cheaper alternative to the other skiptracing companies and it seems like they have good results. REI SKIP would be my alternative if searchbug is subpar.

--Where do you get your lists from? What do you do with that data afterwards? If skip tracing, what company do you use?

Gracias por su tiempo

Hi Alex,

Being a new investor myself, take my advice with a grain of salt..

My current route for investing is with wholesaling, it sounds like you might be taking a similar route.

Irrelevant, but maybe it'll help: My two main lead sources are bandit signs and cold calling pre-foreclosures.

I obtain my lists through my local title company that I've built some rapport with. I've also used Listsource.com in the past (and had good/similar results), but continue to use my title company due to price.

For skiptracing, I've only used a few different services but have had the best luck so far with needtoskip.com.

Hope this helps!

Logan
