We are looking to begin outsourcing our daily tasks. The first one to go is the one we dread the most.....cold calling FSBO's to ask if they will sell on terms. Does anyone have any recommendations of VA Service companies specializing in this area? Has anyone hired an individual VA to call FSBO's and had good experience?
