And that if any dog was suspected of being any of these breeds, the same would apply. 

Once they tell you what you're looking at as far as breed/possible treatment recommendations you can decide if you want to do what @Jeff B. said and take the first one and issue a warning to them about any further issues.

There are no dog BREEDS excluded we have found that it is not the owner, it isn't breed it is most often an unusual situation that leads to a claim. 

Investors are a different breed!  

I talk to them about income requirements, whether I accept section 8 (in NH we can choose to do so or not) and what pets they have (I allow pets but not all kinds or breeds).
