Pet Deposit...what do YOU charge?

I am currently marketing my first rental (sfr) and a few prospective tenants have a pet. Just curious as to what folks out there are charging in terms of pet deposits?

Basis for amount charged?

Refundable/Non-Refundable?

One example I have is: One dog, ~40 pounds, mixed breed (no pitbull or rottweiler), about 4 years old
