I’d argue one would enjoy Hawai’i much more coming here for a month or two a year, not having to work, and just surfing and hiking every single day.Also, this whole flu thing that shut the world down....it remains to be seen what impact it will have on Hawaii.

I considered looking more into seller financing and talking with landlords once this virus is cleared.

(Obvsly hotel is not childproof and my kiddo is getting injured left and right everyday, it is extremely dangerous, not mentioning the risk of virus while living in a hotel).My mortgage lock expiration happened on 3/8 and mortgage expires on 4/8.At this stage I just want to get out of the contract and get a rental for 3-6 months.Any suggestions?

If this is just a situation with the lease happening to be due for renewal during the virus crisis, I wouldn't make any changes for virus reasons.

I pray everyday for all the people faced with being infected by the virus, the ones out of work, and the leaders of this country.

I am about to get back into wholesaling in Northern Indiana and was wondering if the Corona Virus is affecting the ability to wholesale houses, and if cash buyers are still buying or not?

I know with the virus right now, it's slowing rentals down a lot. 

With the recent fallen stock market due to corona-virus, I am thinking of using the money to invest in stock instead.
