Emerald Coast multi family
Hi all, I've been considering investing in multi family on the Emerald coast, ideally around the Destin area. From doing my homework I've realized a lot of investors are looking for short term rentals and vacation rentals there. I was wondering if BP thought if 3/4 plex homes with long term tenents would even by a viable strategy here. Thoughts?

@Account Closed. It is definitely a viable strategy, the demand for long term rentals is high but as another poster mentioned the supply of small Multifamily properties is fairly low. I'm a BRRRR Multifamily investor and Agent from Pensacola to Navarre where we have a little more inventory (I have a 6 unit listed in Navarre right now, a duplex under contract in Gulf Breeze and a 6 unit coming soon in Gulf Breeze) and at just an hour away the Destin market is different but not drastically different than here.
