Be extra care full on tenant screening due to the virus

With the current bans on evictions , be carefull on any new tenant . Make sure you get CASH , money order or certified check for the security deposit and first month rent . Verify employment . ( i wounder if you can exclude certain jobs ) This situation is ripe for someone to pay the beginning and just stop paying . I dont like vouchers , but this may have changed my mind
