19 looking to househack shortly but just opened a credit card?
Hi everyone,
I am 19 years old working a stable HVAC job and am a Realtor full time. I am looking to buy most likely a SFH in a local town with a 3.5% owner occupied FHA loan and rent out most of the bedrooms for cashflow in roughly a year. I keep track of my expenses and do not spend money often, and I just opened a credit card about a month ago. I know that credit is a very big part of qualifying for a loan and I am not sure if that is the only thing holding me up for my property. I considered looking more into seller financing and talking with landlords once this virus is cleared. Any advice is much appreciated!
Thank you,
Kyle
