The 1920s come with tons of curb appeal, amazing woodwork, often large rooms and tall ceilings (if you are closer to the lake), smaller kitchens (no real space for a fridge and dishwasher) and closets.

Tenant is asking me if he can buy his own fridge since his food is going bad.

Requests:Bottom have of gutter  downspouts are missing and they would like them replacedBlack substance in the fridge that does not come off with their scrubbingbroken shelf in the fridgeoutlet missing a faceplate - already replaced.I don't mind making the gutter repairs but I'm not sure how to handle the fridge issues. 

I personally use craigslist for the stove and fridge.

Air filters, fridge filters, etc... pretty obvious.

You need to buy a lawn mower for the property so that the tenant can mow the lawn" (response was "no")"You need to buy a snow shovel for the property so that the tenant can shovel the snow on the sidewalk" (I gave them my old one)After buying a BRAND NEW FRIDGE "the tenant is moving in this weekend but they don't like your refrigerator because it's not a side by side.  

I choose to only provide inbuilt appliances and then discount the monthly rent and have the tenants provide their own appliances like fridge and washer/dryer.

Fridge and hot tub were also included.We furnished the cabin without the “furniture allowance” rolled into the loan.

The tenant complained that the fresh food part of the fridge stopped working all of a sudden.The light still comes on in the fridge and the freezer still works.The freezer back wall is covered in ice.

Unit 3 will now use it as well (stackable was in the kitchen next to the fridge and looked better gone for showing purposes.)
