Refridgerator Repair

Hi All, We have a 6 year old frigidaire top freezer refridgerator. The tenant complained that the fresh food part of the fridge stopped working all of a sudden. The light still comes on in the fridge and the freezer still works. The freezer back wall is covered in ice. We did try to stick a dollar bill in the fridge door and you can get it through on the corner. Does this sound like the door rubber gasket needs to be replaced or something else?? Help! Thanks in advance!
