Working with PE folks or finance people?

@Rocky Pe Benito I am not familiar with that market however, 7 bed 2 bath is such an odd house, I would definitely look at converting that into a duplex for sure if not maybe even a triplex somehow.

Even at $900K this was below pe-Corona sold comps.Jumbo financing is difficult. 

I do feel that RE is a better investment for me personally at the stage of my life and for the current state of the equity market (if you're a believer of Schiller P/E, CAPE).

I work with a lot of PE clients and they are always setting up LLCs for various reasons so I don't think you should have any problems.The only stipulation to list multiple entities on the same policy is to have "common ownership" which is defined as more than 50% ownership in each LLC by the same party.

It's not uncommon to find JV equity backing in an apartment syndication from smaller and mid-sized PE firms. 

It made me feel PE...:)

Being a PM or a PE is a huge advantage because you are familiar with the construction process.

I've been using zillow to just look at areas i'm interested and then looking at craigslist rents in the same areas to determine P/E ratios.
