Insurance, group into one or leave seperate
Hello all, little Legal question, I asked this question to my Insurance company for my properties: can I group all the properties into one Insurance policy and save money, instead of having separate policies for each property? According to my Insurance company I can, even though they are different LLC'S, because I am the only one in the llc. my Legal question is; would putting all the properties under one policy break any "Corporate Vail" that the llc provides because they would be connected by this Insurance policy ?
