Hi BP community, im new investor, seeking advice from expert investor, Im 37 year old with wife and baby boy 8months old, I have being saving and now looking to buy a condo for my little family, in north San Diego, California. There are two condos im interested in 350k, 3bed 1.5 bath. I don't know if this is the right time to buy or wait, maybe for the recession to bring prices down?
