Occasionally I will see properties at 1%. 

I am a fan of checking in occasionally to make sure the cleaner is on top of things and to do a walk through to check safety things like deck boards and steps, railings etc.

While I occasionally have a tenant complain about being in the downstairs units, it is rare. 

Occasionally this presents investors with an opportunity to avoid a formal mortgage qualification process and obtain their mortgage privately from the seller(s) directly.

Only occasionally is there a REALTOR involved.The people who suck at numbers and are  “parasites” actually don’t close deals and eventually get ignored by most.

(And if you think they'll update the language, I have a bridge to sell you...)Next, it has triggered occasionally and we send out a reminder that we are a smoke-free property which usually works.

Occasionally I will ask a contractor before I get a property under contract for a rough estimate on certain things if I am just not sure what it would cost, but I usually send along a video walkthrough or pictures.

And I think that type of situation, or the occasional in-law suite, are the most you're likely to find.

Meeting is normally on Thursday nights, occasionally on Tuesdays, and some full day Saturday seminars.

We'd love to own something at a resort to use occasionally and rent out the rest of the year!
