Drone footage, 3D tour, custom furnishing, or other?

I am interested in getting a drone to use to do inspections on our building roofs.

What I have to offer is I can be a birddog, I can drive for dollars, and I fly drones, so I can use my drone skills to get you great shots/videos of properties/land you're selling.

(I don't mind driving 50-60 miles if need be)I have worked professionally with DLSR cameras and drones for over 2 years, and have the experience and confidence to create something beautiful that could bring value to others.What I am looking to gain from this is as simple as being around others who are into REI as much as I am, building relationships, providing value to others and adding another avenue to my creative porfolio! 

I now also use Matterport 3d and drone shots on ALL my listings. 

The other type of agent is one who creates a lot of content around the property using various forms of media (professional photographer, videographers, drones, street renders, etc) and then they take that content and use effective marketing strategies to target specific buyers who may be looking for that property in or out of that area (watch out for the agents with good looking photos and videos but have no idea what to do with it when they get it).

Roof was also a complete tear off and I took drone photos.

We have used Dickie Baldwin (Baldwin Advisory Group), Accurate Group, SGPNow.com (Safeguard), DataTree, Raven Spatial, and others to get some combination of BPO/property condition report, drone imagery, desktop appraisal, AVM, etc.
