How to get a lake property in Arkansas in front of a larger group

How to get a lake property in Arkansas in front of a larger audience?

I currently have a property that a family member has for sale by owner. I have taken the task of building a quick website to capture leads. How would you push this to a bigger audience ? It is one of last large blocks of land (25 acres, 100+ feet water frontage ) left on the very developed lake (Lake Hamilton). 

 appreciate any advice. Thank you all.
