There's lots of different apps out there but the one I was going to use was just Google voice. 

I can call 100 numbers in a couple of hours since most go to voice mail.

And trust me, they’re making their voices heard.But, so are the tenants.

You'd be amazed how much things change when the other half feels they have a voice a/o their opinion matters.

You can also get a google voice number and just copy/paste the message to each one from your phone or computer.

He's always been there to voice his opinions and offer invaluable advice.

Either call your landlord and voice your concerns and see if they would address the issue or simply go to your local hardware store ( Lowe’s or Home Depot) and get a small piece of thin plywood or some other material to place over the hole that would still allow the lines to come through.

If you call them with an aggressive or defensive tone of voice, the likelihood that the activity will continue, or even increase, is strong.
