I have two: one is my primary residence that I also use as an STR, and the other is a leased rental property that I manage remotely.Since I'm out of town, I'm finding it challenging to manage things like finding a reliable handyman and getting help with staging.

If I identified the offender, I would probably bill them back for the wasted water and when they didn't pay evict them, or non-renew them if their lease was near the end because that is simpler.

I find that it's almost a one stop shop in that I can use it for my business checking and savings accounts, bookkeeping, for rent collection, I can issue virtual credit card, I can create all the financial reports I need to run my real estate business and prepare for tax filing and through their partners I can vet my tenants, develop state-specific leases and more.

NOMAD wants to rent my house with a Master Lease where they pay me the rent and then sublet to occupants who pay them.
