Hello all! I'm looking to invest in STR's REMOTELY. Any advice on how to get the STR furnished, decorated, etc., remotely? Deliveries need to be accepted. Who would typically take care of these?

Hey @Gary Bonds. So there are a few ways to get 'er done. Like @John Underwood said, your cleaner and handy person can be of great help getting things done. That means that you will need to get those particular ducks in a row before you get rolling.

Also, sites like Taskrabbit.com has a lot of folks on there that can help get things put together, setup the spaces etc.

Maybe find a good designer that can provide services to install and setup the spaces.

A lot of these ideas are going to depend on where you are buying. If you are buying in a more metro area, there will be lots of choices.

In our area, we are quite rural and I couldn't guarantee that I would find the resources to do setup completely remotely.
