Hi all. I am very intested in house hacking and just want to get started. The question I have is can I get approved for the FHA 5% down? I am currently a student with some cash availbe and good credit score but no w2. Is there any way to make this happen. Thank you all.

Hey @Jay Fayz, I like that you want to take action on getting started! Like @Derek Brickley said, you would need to get someone who does have a W2 (maybe your parents?) to get a loan. You could also try to find a seller who wants to do seller financing and take a risk on you, which would be challenging to find. OR potentially a lease to own option.
