We're hoping to find the needle in a haystack.

Finding a buyer so you can make it perfect for them, sounds good, sort of, but it's not practical as most can't envision/specify what they really want, and finding a buyer to do it this way will be the needle in the haystack.  

Somehow they actually think they will find a cash buyer this way when in fact it is a needle in a haystack.

I just hate to see folks looking for that needle in a hay stack and then what happens when you do find one..where's the structure, team, process, $ to make it happen?

I seem to be having the same problem I am a wholesaler but trying to find real end cash buyers is like finding a needle in a hay stack I keep getting wholesalers as well.
