Hello from Las Vegas, Nevada

Hello everyone!!! I would like to introduce myself since I am new to Las Vegas and because I am hanging out at home of Christmas Eve by myself watching Sean Terry videos haha.  Crazy right!  Well I have recently moved out here to Las Vegas to be closer to my 2 children.  I have been so interested in Real Estate for a lot of years.  I have been in the auto industry for 10 year in every position except General Manager.  Since I moved out here to Vegas I wanted to change my career so I can spend more time with my kids since I rarely saw them the past 10 years... I'm not a bad dad it's just I was in Texas all those years.  Anyhow I learned about Sean Terry 2 years ago when I was running a dealership in Phoenix, and then learned about Cody Sperber,  and how I was missing out all these years.

Well so I don't make this a novel, I just wanted to say hello and would like to connect with any other wholesaler in Las Vegas, but also any investor/cash buyer so when I get some properties in Jan 2017 I will call you asap.  Also I have heard most Vegas wholesalers do not have a good enough deal for investors to be interested in.  Well my goal is to help every make money... if I don't make money you don't either.  Let's work together to dominate 2017.  MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
