As far as I knew you just dry out the wood and treat it, I did this in a kitchen on one of my rentals, I cleaned the studs with vinegar and treetop oil by hand twice, then afterwards treated with the anti-mold product from Home Depot (forgot the name) then painted it with BIN primer, I haven't had any issues.

In fact we have a property we are going to sell as we have too much on our plate and I called three bandit sign posters . . . not one was able to answer some basic questions and that was with me prompting them and offering to help them find a buyer.Good luck in your come back but times have changed and as they say sugar works better than vinegar when it comes to posts . . . .

I asked him did he NOT want to work for me, and he said he did, and did a very good job...just Snarly hate filled anger when dealing with him--I ignored it and cut his checks--and found a better tempered person (catch more flies with honey than with vinegar).

Just take the high road with him if you want to keep using him, and move on with your life.You don't have to read the guy the riot act- you catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
