Sugar wins a lot more deals than vinegar.  

A mixture of baking soda and vinegar can help lift tough stains, too.

For walls I spray with one of the various neutralizers for pet urine on the walls. after dry,  follow up with a vinegar solution.

I don’t  know you but in my experience those people have a fear or doubt in their own abilities and want to know if this will get them over that hump to reap benefits they’re looking for. example: I know plenty of people who swear by drinking apple cider vinegar every morning and the benefits - but that isn’t for me and that’s fine.

One small oil spill-yes if they didn't notice it was leaking and then got it fixed; but multiple spills means they didn't fix the car.Options to try are baking soda and vinegar or dish soap like dawn that breaks down the oil. 

I read online this recipe hahamix one teaspoon baking soda, one teaspoon vinegar, ½ teaspoon orange essential oil, and about 5 ounces of hydrogen peroxideGood luck with it!

Then we wash all hard surfaces with vinegar.

And vinegar helps stop growth too if they do it early on. 

You'll catch more flies with reasonable, thoughtful offers than you will with the vinegar of stupid, super-low-ball, random offers.
