Hey all so as im cleaning out one of my rentals i thought about something so excuse me if this diesnt turn out right. Doing this from my iphone. So in another thread i posted had a bad tenant. Long story, i have dog urine in carpeting in spots in living room and hallway areas. This carpet was replaced 6 months before tenant moved in and was in perfect condition when he moved in. Chemdry cleaners say they can treat the carpeting for $550 includes all stains and dog urine treatment which is supposed to make the urine outgas in a period of a few days. They garantee odors to be gone. How does this sound to you guys? Carpet is 1yr 9 mo old trying to save it if i can. Any advise? Thanks
