Depends if they have a dishwasher or not.

I do have some questions about it but I'll cover those elsewhere; I don't want to clutter up this post with that.Am I correct in understanding that if I decide that a house needs, say, paint inside & out, carpets, a new dishwasher and over-the-range microwave, a runny faucet fixed, and moderate landscaping work, I can't do any of that myself, and also can't hire contractors to do it, but must  hire a General Contractor to manage all the work?

There are two observations I've made, not all the houses have 2 car garages and because many of them have small kitchens they don't all have dishwashers.

Since then we’ve had to replace their dryer and dishwasher (older appliances that came with the house).

@Cody L.  3 family is empty because when I went to do some electrical work to install a dishwasher, I found knob and tube wiring.

Hi, My PM told me that in one of my properties we need to replace the dishwasher, does it common to tell him to provide me the purchase invoice for the new dishwasher?
