Hi all...I'm doing the newbie introduction. I'm just getting started with the reading and listening. I'm interested in multi family investing in the surrounding Philly area. Looking in Germantown right now....just trying to analyze properties and build some systems that work for me. My background is in technology, websites, business process improvement etc and I like to use technology to streamline processes. Trying to make the best BRRRR spreadsheet ever to help me in my endeavor...:) I feel like I need to get one deal off the ground before I can even think about anything else.
