Better Search Tips For Multi-Family Property
Hi all!
Hope everyone is having a wonderful week.
My question is two-fold, does anyone have any creative strategies that I am overlooking in searching for a multi-family property? I am based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
I have alerts on the MLS, have driven my area multiple times and am slowly starting to go to more meet-up groups.
Is there a more targeted way to get a list of all multi-family properties in my area other than searching real estate records in my county? Is there a paid service I could subscribe to, etc. where I could take that lead list and write personal letters to the property owners, etc.
Second piece of the question, what's everyone's favorite book, podcast or educational resource for multi-family or commercial properties (including storage units, mobile homes, etc.)
