Do I need to get invoice for every new appliances from my PM?

Hi, My PM told me that in one of my properties we need to replace the dishwasher, does it common to tell him to provide me the purchase invoice for the new dishwasher? The reasons that I would like to get this invoice: 1. In order to make sure that I paid for a new dishwasher. 2. In order to keep on the warranty of the dishwasher. Please advise what is common in case like that. Thank you
