On the other hand this property is also enticing as an investment since its neighbor to the other side is a larger commercial building purchased about a year ago by the same developer which has invested millions into new residential developments in the city.Please advise if this might be better suited for a different area of discussion and thank for any advice!

I myself because I know the job will get done right, and turnarounds with tenants take me a day or two, unless I have a major remodel, and then maybe a week to 10 days. because I understand, time is money. and the product I have to offer after putting in my sweat equity, usually rents for 200-300 less a month than your properties and mine always stay full, while your manager suggest offering a discount to entice a tenant.
