I make light of it, but honestly even after everything I've read, actually putting it in motion is scary. 

Now it is time to put some actions in motion. 

Try to limit them as much as you can be limiting thermostats, water savers, motion detector lights and low wattage bulbs where reasonable.

I've been interested in real estate investing for several years and for various reasons, I never put that interest into motion.

Hello and thanks:)  I completely agree that the best laid plan is always in motion, so is therefore never set in stone.  

Having gone through the short sale motions a few times we found this odd and pressed the agent to get more information.

Now to put those plans in motion!

Starting out in very motional fields (i.e. foreclosures) can really kill your motivation... stick with trying to find the motivated sellers and while it may be a little more time-intensive, it will probably provide you with better results.

Was hoping to get a little advice, Im not in any hurry right now but if there are things I can set in motion right now I would appreciate if people could "open my eyes" :).
