I am looking for some advice. I work in the car industry in Orange County and as some of you know the hours are pretty bad. I am waking up at 5 to read about real estate, listen to podcast, and read the forums. The end of the night and at 5 AM are the only times I can invest to learn. I am getting my real estate license to move over into that field, but I want to build enough money to invest as well. Should I look for another job where I can use my sales, marketing, and communication skills in? Until real estate sales/investing replaces income. Another avenue would be another area around real estate that can bring enough income to start investing? Or should I keep my 6-day a week/65 hrs a week job in auto industry that brings me money, but dislike? I want to go fully commit to real estate.
