The house is currently set up with large living room w/fireplace, large dining room, 3 bedrooms, mid sized kitchen(with terrible built ins), breakfast nook, one full bathroom, 3 hallway closets, per apartment.

How many fast food places in town compared to sit down fine dining?

You could pay all this debt off in a year, if you were to work two jobs, sooner if you can sell some of the stuff you bought, unless it all went to consumables, like drinking and dining out and vacations and entertainment.
