,I agree on most occasions, I am more referring to specific situations where trash pickup is on Thursday, I had someone there from Saturday- Tuesday, and then someone coming this Saturday.

I think it's instructive to realize that there really is a cycle and it's almost always an 18 years cycle going back 150 years it's been 18 years peak to peak in all but two occasions ( both of which were the result of ww2).

Don't know about your area, but in Indianapolis if you call the police non emergency number they will send officers to secure a vacant property (I've done it on multiple occasions)
