Financial advisor advice
Never have used a financial advisor and not seeing the use for one. I know they are big into insurance etc. Do you use?

Get term insurance...it's easy and inexpensive. I have a financial advisor and see him in the mirror every morning. He recommends rental properties (not easy) and low cost index funds (which are also easy).
