Property Manager Keeping You Infomred

I purchased a turnkey property last fall and was told they would keep me informed of what was going on with the house. I haven't worked with a property management company before. When your property manager rents your property do they ever give you any kind of information about who rented it and what their qualifications were?

@Dave Clauson personally, i let owners known that it has been rented based on our rental selection criteria. If it is anything outside of that, we will phone the owner to let them know that we have an applicant that is outside of our criteria and would they want to consider them with an additional deposit or an extra months rent. Our owners alreasy know what our criteria is when we sign them up. One main reason we don't discuss the applicant is based on fair housing. Some people unfortunately want to discuss how many people, where did the come from, do they have kids.......... the list goes on and on, and on occasion, we need to part ways so that's they can self manage or find a PM who will break federal law
