Hey BiggerPockets Family, my name is Raymond. To set the stage, it's important to share with you that I NEVER post on social platforms, but I'm taking this time out of my busy schedule 'cause this secret is too good to keep to myself.  Y'all can thank me later. I'm going to introduce you to the best Real Estate agent that I know and newfound friend, Karen Green!!! I was fortunate, enough, to have found Karen on the BiggerPockets site in October of 2023.From our first few interactions, I got the feeling she was someone that would be extremely valuable to me on my Real Estate journey...and I was right. Throughout, my most recent purchase, closed in early December 2023, I was immediately impressed with Karens ability to communicate her extensive knowledge of Real Estate and the process of purchase, with a grace/compassion / humor combination that put me at ease and set the stage for an amazing working relationship. Throughout the process, Karen was well prepared, well connected, appropriately responsive, resourceful, creative and could be a Pit bull, when the occasion called for it. Any questions I had, she answered and if she didn't have the answer at that moment, she found it and got back to me, very quickly. Karen provided expert guidance, throughout the transaction, not only to me, but to the lender, the closing agent, as well as the seller's agent. when issues arose, as they sometimes do in our business, and I became frustrated, Karen (the psychologist) helped me stay positive and to understand the situation from the perspective of the other parties involved. Karen's expertise was the catalyst that got my deal done. I am so thankful to have met Karen and I am excited by the prospect of working with her in the future. I'm not big on telling others what they should do, but I will say this...If a functionary will suffice, then another agent will do, but if you are looking for a fiduciary that will be with you every step of the way, then Karen Green is the Investor Agent to call!!!
